Stijn Heremans
Founder and Principal
Stijn Heremans has more than 18 years of experience in leading complex supply chain-related projects as a consultant and project manager. He developed significant knowledge about leading projects to the desired end-state, taking into account tight time scales, and resource & budget constraints.
He has an extensive background in selection & implementation of planning tools, global rollouts of ERP (SAP) packages/modules, product portfolio management and Cost to Serve, logistics & transportation, working capital optimization (AP,AR & inventory), process engineering/value stream mapping & change management.
He is a well-developed all-rounder that can connect different cross-functional/departmental topics and can keep the overall high-level overview whilst also going in depth if necessary. Next to that he has excellent people management skills by working with various teams over the world (up to teams of 20 people).
His industry experiences include Food & Beverages, CPG, Pharma, Paper & Packaging & Life Sciences.
His credo is to add value as an interim manager/project manager by investing a short but intense period to know the business and to provide the needed support/advice in sync with the business capabilities. This could be a mission to guarantee business continuity as temporary backfill of SC professionals as well as project/program based assignments.
